What we collect

When you use the contact form: your name, your email address, your organization (if you give it), the service and infrastructure you chose and your project description. When you email us: whatever your email contains.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.

Why and how

We use your message only to reply to your inquiry and, if we agree on a project, to carry it out. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

The website runs on Cloudflare, which handles the form request. The form passes your message as a chat message to our own XMPP server in the European Union. The website doesn't store it in a database.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages as long as we need them to answer you or to work on your project. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@tinyserver.eu. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
